Create a Garden Space for Mental Health
- Fayette County Extension OfficeGardening has numerous health benefits. The physical and nutritional connections are obvious, but research indicates there are also benefits for our mental well-being. We will discuss ways to elevate mood and decrease stress through gardening or simply being in calming natural spaces. We will provide tips to intentionally devote a garden spot to better mental health through gardening. Cost: Free - Advance registration required to attend.
